MEET OUR RECRUITMENT CHAIR
Hello babes --
I’m Emily Lambert and I am the 2019 Recruitment Chair for Delta Kappa! This position has made me fall in love with Chi Omega all over again and my purpose is to create this experience for potential new members during Fall recruitment. I also help prepare the chapter to meet all of you lovely people!
Even though going through the formal process may seem intimidating, taking the leap is SO worth it. Going greek will provide you with the greatest support system and I can truly say the entire community will make you feel at home. Greek life is for each and every one of you, and in Chi Omega, we welcome diversity and individuality with open arms! All of our sisters are encouraged to be their most authentic selves and supported as they explore the unlimited opportunities our chapter offers. You will always find a friend within this sisterhood and constantly reminded that it’s not four years -- it really is for life!
Trust yourself as you go through the journey of recruitment. I promise that when you open yourself up to the experience, you will find your home!! August can’t get here soon enough -- we are so excited to meet you all!

MEET OUR NEW MEMBER EDUCATOR
Hello! My name is Madison Ries and I am the New Member Educator for the Delta Kappa chapter of Chi Omega at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am blessed with the privilege and honor of serving as the New member Educator for the year of 2019. My purpose is to educate and inform the new members of Chi Omega on our history and ritual that makes Chi Omega unique. My new member experience is something that I hold close to my heart, as does every woman in our chapter. The new member process is a special experience that I get to guide the new members through as they become active members. It is truly an honor that I get to go on this journey with these women as they develop new friendships and experience new things. I hope to reciprocate my passion for Chi Omega through the new member experience that I teach. I am beyond exited to be a mentor and a guide to these women that will soon become the future of this chapter.
